Now all pig farmers can secure their piggy bank using the Combat Web App. It provides a customized breakdown of one’s farm's biosecurity and recommendations for how to effectively reduce biosecurity risks based on up-to-date scientific research.
While developing the Combat Web App for Boehringer Ingelheim we have not only got familiar with the Ten Golden Rules of pig management but also learned a lot of new fancy words, such as comingling, dam and viremic.
After logging in, the web app enables report saving and sharing as well as results comparison in time to track one’s improvements.
We used the latest technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3. As is our standard, the website is responsive and optimized for mobile devices.
