Project implementation
The real estate agency IURIS, spol. s. r. o., who is an exclusive seller of the project, is our long-term partner in different development projects. The key feature of the project is the logo designed to depict the pleasant environment of the location and its closeness to nature. Subsequently, we designed the project leaflets, billboards, printed material, and the project website.
The responsive website is compatible with mobile devices. Currently, almost half of the web traffic includes the users of these devices, including potential customers we don't want to lose. We provided the customer with a responsive website optimized for high-resolution screens (Retina).
SVG technology
The significant feature of this website is the selection of the floors and flats. The SVG technology (Scalable Vector Graphics) enabled us to create a user-friendly flat selection on different floors without using Flash or other plugins. Constantly developed since 1999, the SVG technology is natively supported in all modern browsers, ensuring fast and accurate displaying. In a nutshell, the SVG technology inscribes vector images using the XML language.
Content management system (CMS)
The content of the website including dimensions, rooms, prices, availability, and other parameters of the flats is managed via customized administration system. The gallery is regularly updated with the latest images of the construction site.
